Fotodiox Pro Lens Mount Adapter, Canon EOS (EF/EF-S) D/SLR Lens to Hasselblad XCD Mount Mirrorless Digital Camera Systems (Such as X1D-50c and More)

I bought this to use Canon EF lenses on a Hasselblad 907X. The fit is tight and secure. At first I was getting the "Lens not found" error. I made sure I had the latest firmware on my camera but it still didn't work. I sent a message to the company. While I waited for an answer, I did some more searching for answers on their site. I found a page that instructed me to go to the exposure menu. Under shutter function turn on electronic shutter. That did the trick. I can now use all my artsy canon lenses on my Hassy. I'm a happy camper. P.S. When I woke up this morning, there was an answer from customer service. I wasn't expecting such fast service. I would buy from this company again.

Forget about adjusting your aperture with this adapter. It is a very basic adapter and you get what you pay for. There's no way to adjust your aperture, and it turns your lens into 100% manual focus. I attached my Canon EF 100mm 2.8L to this adapter, since there's no aperture ring on the lens it automatically shoots at 2.8. That's great for wide telephoto shots. But for those tighter shots, where you need sharpness through out the entire photo, f8 or higher, it's not going to happen. It would have been really nice if they supplied front and rear caps to protect the mounts, from scratches and dirt/dust.

The adapter works great. Best part is it has a tripod mount. Now I can use my 645 tele lens on my X1D.

My copy of this adapter wouldn't focus my Mamiya 50mm lens to infinity. Sadly I didn't get a chance to test this until after the return period expired.

Do not buy it for your x1d ii. ! Don’t work!

This adapter does not allow to rotate the lens far enough to securely engage the lens latch. So lens will just fall off! Fotodiox has terrible return policy,:14 days only and one has to pay for shipping.

...very disappointed! This lens adaptor does NOT fit on my Hasselblad 907x - I struggled with it for more than two hours and very nearly wrecked my Hasselblad mount in the process. Avoid like the plague!!!

Der Zwischenring erlaubt die Verkürzung des Nahabstandes eines XCD Hasselblad Objektivs und überträgt dabei alle elektronischen Funktionen perfekt. Der Sitz auf beiden Seiten zu Kamera als auch Objektiv hin ist einwandfrei. Qualität und Funktion sind somit sehr gut. Für Close- up Aufnahmen stellt er eine gute Ergänzung des Systems dar, insbesondere unterwegs kann damit in manchen Fällen auf ein zusätzliches Makroobjektiv verzichtet werden. Das Gerät kommt in einem hochwertigen gepolsterten Holzkästchen, das auch der Dauerlagerung dient. Sehr empfehlenswert, da es einen vergleichbaren Zwischenring für dieses System noch gar nicht vom Originalhersteller gibt.

Der Zwischenring ist 1a verarbeitet und passt spielfrei. Der Autofokus arbeitet tadellos. Auch optisch macht der Zwischenring einen guten Eindruck. Ich verwende ihn mit einem XCD120 und einem XCD35-75, jeweils von Hasselblad. Bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Produkt und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
