It's a big ole pill, but it goes down easily enough, since it's a gel cap. It works after a few hours, but long tern usage increases the effect. I usually take it for a couple of weeks until the symptoms go away. Be warned, you burp up orange for a while, but I don't mind, lol - the orange tasting burp is actually a bit delightful for me!
