I really like that the ingredients are just methyl folate, purified water, and glycerin. A lot of tablets/capsules and even liquid forms of vitamins have additives and fillers that I'd rather not be ingesting regularly. I appreciate that it's not flavored as I don't enjoy the taste of artificial flavoring. The taste is subtle, it's slightly sweet from the glycerin so it's pretty palatable. At 400 mcg per spray, and a supposed servings per bottle, it's a good value compared to other methyl folate vitamins I've bought in the past.
