I use these salt tablets during >2hr runs and >3hr rides or whenever cramp starts teasing. I think they work well and will always buy this brand. The only complaint (insignificant) is that with the filller, when the capsule is opened and mixed in a drink, the contents doesn't dissolve thoroughly.
