What are all of the crystals?

Do you mean what are the crystals stone names? If so go to the product page and scroll down you will see a chart with pictures and the names of each store. There is a chart also with the kit. I tried to upload the chart but it will not go for some reason. Hope this helps.

Does this set come with the plastic case to hold the gems?

How do i contact the seller? i assume this was a mistake, but i'm currently making bracelets and i am missing letters k, n, r, b, o and d.
