Yes, on the back of the right side of the mouth with the Arc facing you, carefully peel the foam off about an inch from the edge. (Can't say whether HumanCentric will honor your warranty, but there's not much that could go wrong with this thing.) You'll find a small circular magnet. It's polarized, and the side that activates the EQ has an 'N' on it. Pry it out while poking the foam from the other side, and flip it over to deactivate the EQ. If you get rattling or too much bass from the soundbar while it's mounted, you can always flip it back.

I finally opened the box to mount my Arc, and there was a bag of hardware/screws missing. Is there a way I can be sent the hardware?

Does it have an optical connection?

It’s just a wall mount. It screws into the wall, and has slots for two screws, on the back of the Sonos arc, to slide into. It’s easy to mount and works really well. You can connect the Sonos arc via an optical or hdmi connection.
