EC Technology 26800mAh Power BankShort term use:This EC Technology power bank was a little larger than presumed. It is the size of a larger smart phone but thicker and much heavier. Quality batteries are heavier and this is heavy.Reading the instruction the output charge to phones is from the 2 USB ports, and input charging is done via the 2 phone type ports. Which means it can be charged and used with the appropriate cable – either Android or Apple.It came with one short cable Android type Micro USB to normal USB. This cable can be used to charge the EC Technology power bank and then also be swapped around and used to charge an Android phone.To charge the EC Technology power bank via the USB C port, or charge an Apple phone you will need to buy an Apple type USB C to normal USB cable. This is the same if your Android phone uses USB C type connection.It took around 24 hours to fully charge the EC Technology power bank.It is easy and straightforward to use. There is a recessed on / off button on the side.I charged 2 device at the same time. It took around 50 minutes to fully charge my phone, which is similar to the mains connection.Although larger and heavier it holds a big charge and plenty enough to recharge a couple of phones throughout the day of heavy use. It depends on how many charges you need and how heavily the phones are being used. This device holds a big charge, however you might not need such power and a smaller and lighter power bank might be more suitable. But I doubt this device will let you down and you can guarantee you’ll have power.I have been using it now for 7 days. Overall I am pleased with is and happy with my purchase. It would have been better if it came with both cable types and a cushion case to protect it and the phones from impact.

On the heavy side, but more than made up for by excellent speed of charging and capacity. More for back pack or messenger bag than small handbag, but if you want fast, reliable charging of several devices, I would pick this every time. Good value too.

This is quite heavy. And there is not a on off button. There are 4 blue lights so you can see how much charge the pack has. My phone is really bad so having this is a real help jus wish it was lighter and maybe a bit smaller as it’s bigger than my phone.

Nice product. Looks good and does the job. I have had EC products before and would expect nothing less. Came. In good packing with a micro USB cable and user manual like most power banks. I would not say it is too slim or light weight. About average in both aspects. I would have really liked it to offer quick/fast charge which it does not.

This is nicely made, it's a similar size to a large mobile phone just a little bit thicker. It is quite heavy for its size but it's not too heavy to carry around in a pocket or bag. This comes supplied with two cables - 1 x micro USB and 1 x Type C, both are fairly short being just 30 cm long. On the side of the power bank is a small power switch, press this switch and up to four blue LEDs light up showing it's the current state of charge.When this arrived it was 75% charged out of the box, it took less than one hour to bring this back up to full charge using a standard USB charger. Using a normal USB charger at 2.0A should take around 6 hours to fully charge this if it's completely flat, if you are able to take advantage of the fast charge facility through the Type-C cable then charge time is reduced down to just 2.5 hours. However, it looks and feels cheap meaning that it doesn't feel as trustworthy as an Anker charger.

My 2 yr old EC Technology power bank suffered a collapsed usb socket so bought this as it was on offer. It took around 18 hrs to fully charge which seemed odd, though worked very well, charging my crappy iphone 6s battery quickly. Sadly, after around 4 phone top-ups, and still on its first discharge, it stopped working and would not charge or discharge.Amazon were very good and sorted the refund without me having to return it. Trying a different brand this time...

Like the design, it looks solid, but from full charge it only managed to charge my tablet once from 30% and my phone (s8) twice, so I'm disappointed, it can't be 26800 capacity. My old 16500 charger manages more...

I was looking for a beefy 26,800mAh/99.16Wh power bank to help top up various household devices. This fits the bill. It's a no-nonsense work horse capable of powering devices for long periods of time. This includes webcam, usb fairy lights located too far away from an AC outlet.I weighed this and it registered at a hefty 411g with dimensions of 139mm (L), 69mm (W), 28mm (D). Yes, the thickness is almost 3cm!!! However, this isn't an issue as it's not used a portable power bank but more as a power bank where the AC outlet is not conveniently located.Recommended as a power work horse where AC outlet is not conveniently located.
