We have cats and all the tiny pieces of dust and dirt they bring in (and a surprising amount of cat hair) just go straight through this throw, so you get a nasty surprise when you pull it off. I had to spend ages cleaning the double bed this was covering, which it's not really big enough to cover anyway (I then washed it and it shrank, so was even smaller). I also suspect that bits of dirt that people bring in would fall through the thread in this throw and that you'd end up having to hoover up too. Thank goodness we have a little handheld hoover. Also, as soon as it was washed, it lost most of its softness, even though it was washed in fabric softener.We also bought a king size one, which was the right size for the king size bed it was covering, but had the same problem with letting lots of dirt through to sheets underneath we were trying to keep clean. ### ⭐⭐ Two ordered and colours are different *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 May 2020* I ordered one and liked it so ordered a second. Same seller, save colour and same size. I opened and washed the second one (just as i did with the first one) thinking that they would be the same and that i knew what i would be receiving, once out of the wash it has become very obvious that the colours are very different. Their still nice but now my sogas look odd with different colour throws ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good value but prepare for inconsistent colour shades *by E***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 August 2017* So lots of plus points, cheap, really good size, comfy. One minus is that i ordered 2 both in the 'smoke' grey colour. They are not the same shade! I suppose you have to accept that a little with the price but it is abit annoying.
