*UPDATE* - After experiencing issues with my original frother the company got in touch with me and offered a replacement. It works perfectly, and I really appreciate the top notch customer care!!!! I'm addicted to cafe au laits with frothed milk, so it is really nice to have a dependable, rechargeable frother than I can carry with me to the office. I got this frother because it was rechargeable, but after a month or so of regular use and charging with the provided USB cable, the battery won't hold a charge. The frother has been going dead every other day or so and takes over an hour on the charger to indicate it has fully charged. I was also displeased that the metal casing on the charging surface popped off revealing it had only been held in place with a drop of glue. I don't think these are made to last long. Finally, to move between high and low modes or power down the device, there is a switch that you toggle. In order to turn switch the device off, you have to align the toggle button in between high and low modes, which leads to me struggling to get the device switched off anytime I use it. The button is hard to position, and I always end up having to mess with it for a second to turn it off. It does however do a good job frothing when it works!

UPDATE Just got assistance from Amazon and responded to ZOOCORA about replacement... currently waiting for response. I initially liked this. I should have gotten a USB charged milk frother from the beginning so I would not have to buy so many batteries to keep mine running. I like this one, It has 2 speeds.. and they are really powerful. HOWEVER, Now the metal frothing piece always falls out when I am frothing stuff. The centrifugal force is too powerful and the metal frother isn't locked in as well as it could be or should be... I am pushing it in all the way .. so it appears it is a flaw in the design. It works sorta once the power comes down a bit.. but fully charged and it is too much and the metal thing always falls out into my coffee. while I do like the 2 speed function.. the button is on the side and can be tricky to turn off which is in the middle position. IF you overshoot the mark and you are taking it out of your coffee as you are turning it off and you go to the other speed you will get coffee all over you. It would have been better to have the OFF position be at one end rather than in the middle... bad design.. Frustrated.. now the window for returning it has closed... I am trying to figure out how to rig it so it won't do that anymore.. or maybe I need a new piece or something... Hope my review helps others..... am I the only one? UPDATE: I contacted the seller and have heard nothing about helping me out. The thing is now worthless. I have tried to fix it but the metal part will not stay in. I am giving this company one star now and am going to report them to AMAZON. I am disappointed because the return window has closed and I have a useless object. grrrrrr.

My husband and I are on the Keto diet, and make bulletproof coffee, which includes MCT oil. You really need a blender or some kind of whisk to get the oil to blend in, and our little battery operated whisk did quite a good job, but as it started to fail, we looked for something with a bit more power. I found this milk frother, which had the added advantage of being rechargeable. It is indeed much more powerful than our old frother; you need extra room in your container for the liquid to whirl around and rise up at the sides. Too small of a mug or jug means you will overflow. We both find the switch on the frother to be a bit stiff. It has two speeds, so the middle position is OFF, push it up for the slower speed, push it down for the higher speed. It's easy enough to switch on, but because the switch is stiff, you can easily overshoot the OFF position and end up in the other speed. I do feel the switch has loosened up a bit with use, but since we use the slower speed exclusively, I have put an electrical tie tightly around just below the switch, to stop the switch moving into the lower position. If the switch moved more easily, it would be better, but overall, this is a great frother.

This is the best frother on Amazon and i can speak from experience because i have purchased ALL of them!!! the battery operated ones are ok for a hot second but usually die after about 45 days, and that is after you invest many more dollars into the batteries they constantly use up. This frother is rechargeable and has 3 excellent speeds for foam perfection!!! BEST customer service on Amazon! Every once in a while you find a seller who is so concerned and will go above and beyond for every single order. These manufacturers are so great! They even went out of their way to make sure that i received more than what i ordered and even way after the 30 days, they remembered me and checked to make sure everything was perfect! WONDERFUL PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT PEOPLE!! " and care about the quality of this product!

The motor in this frother is very strong at full charge. With a cup filled 2/3rds full it tossed a good portion of the contents onto the counter before I could turn it off. Other frothers I've owned had a button that had to be held down for them to run. This one has a rather small stiff slide switch, requiring a push from a thumbnail, up for slow, down for fast , back to the middle to stop it. I don't think the designer ever heard of ergonomic design. The stand for it doesn't cradle it straight up. it kind of leans over in it and must be pulled straight up to clear both hoops of the stand. I bought it because it is all metal and the rechargeable battery is way better than changing out AA batteries. So, it will probable last forever and I'll eventually get use to the little thumbnail switch on the side of the barrel.
