Before I had written the previous review they had reached out to make sure all was well with my inhaler but I had not noticed the email. When I explained the situation they offered to send a replacement. The replacement arrived in much better condition but the threads did also contain some minor burrs that were not ideal for longevity. I have added an additional star to my rating as the company did the right thing without hassle and the most recent product I received was definitely of 4 star quality. I hope the manufacture gets the machining of the threads sorted out because it very well could be a 5 star product if it did not have the flaws that could damage it with use. I still suggest purchasing this over other more standard style options. Simply be aware you should look at the threads and use a thin file to remove any excess metal that was left behind. Being aluminum it is very easy to remove the imperfections left behind by mass production. I like the inhaler overall and the wicks seem to be of a high quality but the threads on mine arrived damaged. There are chunks of thread missing from the cap threads and there were portions of the bottom male threads that needed filed away to let it run freely. Great design but for such a small amount of material and a pretty steep price I expected better quality control.
