I’ve been using these for a while now and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my hair, skin, and nails. My nails feel stronger and healthier, my hair seems to be growing better, and my skin looks more clear and overall healthier. It’s not an overnight change, but with consistent use I’ve definitely seen results. I’ll continue taking these and would recommend them to anyone looking to support their hair, skin, and nails. They do have a strong smell and taste though.

Hair is lush
This product does make my nails grow faster and stronger and my grows hair faster . Also the vitamin d helps to keep my vitamin D levels up. Live in a cloudy state so I definitely need my vitamin D . It’s cheaper than the other popular brands, that’s a plus!

Effective and high quality
These are a great supplement for healthy hair, skin & nails. While I recently chopped my long locks, I had hair down past my shoulder blades that continuously grew healthy and thick. My nails grow like crazy and I'm always having to trim them. I also notice an overall improvement to my complexion with a great reduction in any breakouts or redness. Yes, they do smell kind of bad, but they are easily swallowed and no taste lingers... So... Just don't smell your supplements people, easy as that 😅 Great value for the amount of supplements that you get and I love the added collagen and argan oil which helps with nearly all your bodily functions. Overall definitely happy and have repurchased!
