I am very pleased with this product. I've got a lots of hair and long as well so I was worried it will not cover it evenly. But it looks amazing, fully covered with a lovely colour. Also it gives a nice moisture to the hair, it feels healthy again 💗👌

I've literally only just used the product, dried and styled it and WOW. The pink colour is pretty (did it on top of a rose goldy colour) and it gave my hair the refresh it needed to extend the time of my next salon visit. I styled my hair straight after washing and my hair has never been so soft and shiny! It's thick enough of a cream/balm to be able to apply it without making a complete mess of the bathroom too. All in all a fab product.

I was not expecting this to work at all!I had a pink balagye type thing done at a salon. It was hot pink. Within 10 days it had all washed out to the faintest of baby pink. There was no way I was going back and spending more money that soon. I was going to just order my trusty manic panic but then I found this and thought it was worth a try.Because I wasn't expecting it to work I didn't put too much effort into application and didn't brush it through, so it's a bit patchy. I then only left it on for 5 minutes. This was the result, and I'm impressed. It took to the blonde highlights of the balayage very well, and it even gave my untouched natural blonde a pink tint! Next time I'll do it properly! It washes out in a few washes.I would give it 5 stars however... I found I had to use a whole pot (undiluted) to cover my hair and it washes out very quick. It was a very subtle pink after about 4 days, although I do wash every day so that wouldn't help! This means it is LESS cost efficient than going back to my old manic panic dying days where I would top up once a month. But, it's still more cost efficient than a salon! :)

I feel like this is the product I've always been searching for! After having my hair done at a salon a month or so ago, the toner that was applied by my hairdresser had run its course in my hair. My hair is naturally brunette, but I do have a balayage through it. After a few months away from my hairdresser, the highlights were looking very warm and yellow. In times like these, I've always ran to the semi-perm hair dye to just cover the bits I don't like... which has always come out too dark!After hearing loads of good reviews about Maria Nila, I thought I'd research the Cacao colour depositing mask. I took the plunge and ordered and applied to towel dried hair and brushed through. I am delighted to find once dried that my highlights were a beautiful cool light brown tone. I did only leave the product on for about 4-5 mins as I was a bit worried. I will probably apply again one more time to get the colour I'm looking to achieve. But all in all I'm very happy, I've had a handful of people comment on how nice my hair looks, colour and shine!I've also told all my friends to purchase. Such a great product in between hair dresser appointments that doesn't cause damage!

My hair is light brown and I bought the black one but didn’t make my hair black. Just cancelled out the orange undertone in my hair. I liked it afterwards but it just wasn’t what I wanted.

My salon red disappeared in a week, at £70 i was horrified. Bought this because it was way too soon to revisit my hairdresser, eo easy to use and the amount of compliments I’ve had surpasses any other colour ive ever put in my hair!? I have balayage on dark brunette hair.Well worth the money, i’ll only be lifting my hair colour in salons from now on, using this as a toner.

My hair is a blend of chocolate brown semi permanent colour with a copper balayage and the copper faces so fast! This is an excellent way to top up the colour in between salon visits. It's a true copper, not red, and takes just 10 minutes to freshen my colour, similar to the colour glaze the salon does. Its thick texture means its not messy to use and doesn't drip, and it gives beautiful shiny results.

I didn't like that it lasted just 4 washes

Great product! Doesn’t leave hair greasy at all just nice and nourished. I leave on 7min and gives enough color without looking unnatural. Naturally moderately dark brunette. No problem with packaging.

I have hard water and my bleached/platinum highlights turned brassy orange in a couple of washes. Maria Nila Color Bomb in Pearl Silver was the third color depositing product I tried to fix the problem, and it was a godsend!!I used latex gloves and applied a generous amount, then let sit for the full 10 minutes before rinsing as directed. Pearl Silver is a lavender colored paste that doesn't drip much. It has a strong scent, but pleasant, and not bothersome during the wait. The formula did not stain my skin and the drips, wiped up quickly, did not stain the sink or shower.The end result was turning those orange highlights into a beautiful ashy blonde! A second treatment a few days later made it look even better.Note: It did not color deposit on my grays, but I think it says it isn't really for that.

I am 62 and let my color go last summer - now my hair is stark white, what many folks pay lots of money for, but I am having a hard time with the extreme contrast. This temporary color really softens the look. I thought black might be too dark, I didn't want to look like Cruella, but using a comb to get the paste in my hair worked perfectly. Lots of fun and would highly recommend.
