High class product.
By far the best headphones ive ever had. The ear pads are soft and dont squash my glasses against my head, which after a time used to hurt. These dont, they are great. Noise cancelling is brilliant. Would recomend no problem.

Absolutely the best headphones right now
The headphones are great. The noise cancellation teleports you to another world. Honestly everything is good, comfort, build, quality, sound in general. The only thing keeping me rating this 9/10 instead of 10/10 is the bass. The bass isn't that great but still good enough.

From a Bose loyalist to a Sony believer
I just switched from the Bose 700 — they were great. Before that, I had all the QC lineups, and I never thought of switching to Sony. But YouTube and Google AI changed my mind. These headphones are on another level. The crisp, clear sounds and deep bass make your body tingle. You'll need to play with the equalizer, but the Sony app has a built-in assistant for that. Terrible Support Experience Despite Premium Product
I purchased this product in September 2025, and initially, it worked perfectly for a few months. However, after around 3–4 months, I started noticing a hissing sound coming from the right earcup. It went away on its own, so I ignored it at the time. Unfortunately, after about 6 months, the issue returned, this time much worse. The sharp hissing noise was extremely uncomfortable and honestly felt like it could damage my ears. What disappointed me even more than the defect itself was the support experience. I contacted Amazon first, and initially, they agreed to pick up the defective product and issue a refund. Later, they reversed their decision and said they couldn’t take it back. After multiple follow-ups, they again mentioned a “one-time exception” refund, only for a supervisor to step in and deny everything again. In the end, no resolution was provided. Since I was traveling, I reached out to Sony India, but they refused to help, stating that the warranty is only valid in the UAE and advised me to contact either UAE support or Amazon. This led to a frustrating loop where neither party took responsibility. I understand that products can malfunction, that’s normal. But what’s unacceptable is the amount of effort required to get basic support for a flagship product like this. I had to contact multiple teams across regions, spend significant time explaining the issue repeatedly, and still ended up with no solution. Overall, this has been one of the worst post-purchase experiences I’ve had.
