After some epoxy and another thousand or so miles on the replacement, it eventually lost an eye. After another thousand miles, someone snapped off half my damn antenna because they wanted it so badly. I'm still pissed that, when I had to get a new car, it only had a little stub antenna that I couldn't mount a third one on.
