Upon receiving iti took it out of the box, read the manual, set it to 370 with max steam since I have thick curly hair. My hair is definitely straight but I'm not thrilled with the fact that some of it was singed off... the hair standing in the photo is not frizz. That's where it was burned off. Didn't know stream would do that.
