Great steamer! Good value so far...wasn't sure how much I'd like the basket (but it is BPA free) as the lid doesn't actually fit (it isn't supposed to), but it steams like a champ and the cooking times listed are accurate. Basket is nice and large, will steam enough veggies for 3-4 adults.

The unit works perfectly and steams veggies as we like. You have to be very careful when removing the food as the steam is very hot. The only negative thing I have to say is the water fill like is hard to see and it is important not to overfill or let the unit run dry. I have not tried anything other than veggies in it as that is mainly what I wanted it for. The first unit I received was broken/cracked. But it was returned, refunded and when I ordered again it was perfect. The delivery on the first unit was really slow, probably because of Christmas but the delivery on the 2nd unit was within a few days. The unit was well packed.
