Traeger Grills TFB88PZBO Pro Series 34 Pellet Grill and Smoker, 884 Sq. In. Cooking Capacity, Bronze Review: Wife wanted to kill me when I bought it but didnt after the first batch of wings Review: Love this smoker, with the big room I am able to get all the meat smoked in 1 session. Would recommend a insulation kit if you live in colder areas as to not go through your wood chips so quick. Ease of use and instructions are simple for assembly.

Very easy to assemble. Heat is consistent with no flare ups like a propane BBQ. Only drawback would be takes 20 mins to preheat so you have to be patient. Grilled 2" steaks and turned out perfect.

This pellet smoker is awesome. I have used all kinds of smokers over the years. I used to go out in the woods and cut my own hickory trees down. I would cut them up into chunks and use them on a charcoal smoker just to get the smoke flavor. I would get out of bed every 3 hours in the middle of the night just to tend to the wood smoker. I’ve progressed from charcoal to gas smokers, to electric and everything in between even a few DIY builds along the way.. My Masterbuilt electric smoker died a while back and I bought this one. I was skeptical at first that I made the right choice however, after using it several times I have fallen in love. It works great, has a really good flavor, and it’s really easy to use. I know the diehard “pit bosses” will say anyone can use those and make good food. Well yea, that’s the point. I just want good food!! I don’t need bragging rights. I’ll let the food do the talking. I was skeptical that it was going to use a lot of pellets, but it doesn’t. It takes a little bit to bring it up at temperature but once it gets there, it just sips on pellets and hardly uses any at all. I have smoked for probably 100 hours at 225* and I’ve only used maybe 40 pounds of pellets $16/ 40lb bag at Lowe’s (Walmart is cheaper, but they don’t have a good selection and depending on the time of year all mine has is busted bags no one wants). I wouldn’t use this grill to cook burgers or a steak. Don’t get me wrong you can and I have done burgers. It’s not the best grill for that though. Like I said, it uses a fair amount of pellets to get up to temp. Running it at high heat for a short period of time is not super efficient. I’d opt for my charcoal grill for those tasks. IMHO.

Bought it for my son in law. It works great. He uses it daily and I've had quite a few meals.
