This product did everything it promised. Love that it is a more natural way to control these little buggers. Yes it takes more than one time to get them all. You know why Lice multiply like crazy. They lay eggs all over your children s head. If you follow the directions very easy to do so. Use both products and then repeat each day as necessary the lice will be gone. One thing to know is you will need a lice comb. I found they are not readily available at stores. Yes there are plastic ones that dont have as fine thread as the metal ones and for that reason they dont work. If you get a metal brush with fine teeth and use it in conjunction with these products the Lice will go away. Two kids infected three full treatments each and we went from being able to see the lice moving on their heads to no lice. After hearing the horror stories and other people actually spending $100 of dollars to have someone come out and give a treatment I was delighted to have such a positive experience with this product.

Best Product ever! Gentle but very effective! The conditioner spray is not sticky and it actually works better than any after shampoo spray conditioners we have tried. It smells nice and it makes the hair really easy to comb threw, even with the special comb for lice!

Worked great! Helped get rid of a tough case of nits on a active little one. Helped hold off the critters until follow up treatments could be performed safely.

This worked well. It seems that when this happens, it takes time to get rid of. This product is what finally got rid of it all. Didn't smell awesome, but effective.

It does the job of killing the lice but the nits still live so defiantly need to keep shampooing for several days until they are all dead not a one day thing like the add says but it does smell minty nice. I'd buy it again but if I can find something that will kill the nits too it be better. You need to purchase a lice comb as well to comb them out.

I want to like this stuff because I believe that it works. But I had to stop using the repel shampoo and spray conditioner after 2 days because it was causing very painful skin and scalp burns to both my kids. Behind their ears and on the sides of their heads became incredibly red and it hurt so bad I couldn't even comb their hair without them screaming. So we can't use this product I'm afraid.

This product is just as pictured. It is easy to use and smells good.
