Best purchase I ever made! I have a lower back injury which pressed on my nerve which caused extreme pain. Medicine did not help enough. But the 2 things that this belt provides DID! (1) Great Heat relief (3 heat settings plus optional vibration) (2) Lower back support - even when not applying heat. Very good belt construction too - that allows you to attach the belt and then fastened it as tight or as loose as you want

Great item. Gives me instant relief. Sadly when I take it off, discomfort returns.

The battery pack is just awful it doesnโt last long at all. Charging takes 6 hours and even on the lowest heat setting this doesnโt last more than a couple hours. The belt heat however is surprisingly good. Hot enough on the lowest setting that if it is on direct skin and you are leaning on it then much more would burn so thatโs great heat. The vibration is quite nice but it is loud for public use. But overall with another battery pack this does give good heat and vibration. For the price Iโm pretty annoyed with the cheap rubbish battery pack.
