I’ve continued to use it as a postnatal (but added choline and selenium to supplement some of the nutrients as well as Magnesium/Calcium for dairy allergy). I love this prenatal. The taste and smell are not the greatest, however, I have not experienced upset stomach while taking this. My milk supply has stayed consistent and we’re still exclusively breastfeeding 10+ months. It’s just two pills a day, easy and it and absolutely works (I noticed postpartum when I didn’t take it, that I felt off. But had a healthy delivery and very emotionally calm postpartum journey. No issues in terms of any nutritional deficiencies during pregnancy or postpartum. The customer service is also great and they are very responsive (same day response) to remedy any issues with the product or packaging. I searched out how to write a review because this deserves 5 stars! I have tried other name brand prenatal liquids and tablets that all have made me gag/end up vomiting. My reflex is already heightened during pregnancy. I dread taking my supplements every day. This is the only brand I can stand to take! It does have an unwanted, vitamin taste but is tolerable! The size isnt too big. It’s a great methylfolated choice!
