I love Louise Hay...I don't agree with everything she says...but she has one thing right...we all must think positive. I am not so sure that I chose my race or my parents...thats kind of far out there. But I do believe we all need to stop all negative thinking and we all need to open up and love ourselves and be open to receive the goodness of the world. She does have that right. Glad that I got this CD. Very Happy with it.

FYI: I bought Self Healing: Creating Your Health cd by Louise Hay. The package and label of the cd is as shown on picture here on Amazon but when I play it on my pc it has a different picture and a different title as follows:_Forgiveness/Loving the Inner Child Visualization_Anger ReleasingI listened to the cd and it is a positive message with clear audio and as far as I can tell it is the Self Healing message.

Overall, very helpful, even after only listening a few times. I do agree with other reviewers that the music quality leaves a little to be desired, but its not so bad that it detracts from the messages.

This was so outstanding, I ordered 5 more to give as a gift. I am listening to this CD multiple times during the day andalso at night when I go to sleep. This is a must read and a true experience in self growth and healing.

Such an awesome recording!!! But it ruins it for me when the calming affirmations come to an end and I'm drifting to sleep only to be awoken by a startling publishing company announcement at the end. At least put it on a separate track so that I can program my player to stop before it comes on. Such a disappointing end to a great meditation.

I love this series of recordings...feel good and better...I listen to CRYSTAL SONIC and Louise Hay recordings every night and I feel refreshed and positive after I awake... You will love playing this in the background during the day also...I love them..

Loved the insight of the information given bt Louise Hay. Helped me and others that I shared with.

I like Louise Hay and the way she puts together affirmations and meditations to help release negativity. This is very much geared to helping release old childhood trauma and is an emotional trip. However, Louise gentle guides and supports you through the process.Highly recommended for anyone who would like to do inner child work knowing that the person supporting them has been through an abusive childhood herself....Louise understands!
