For the price point, it seems pretty expensive, but I know there are more expensive options. I did not see much help with cutting my cravings or increasing my energy levels with the caffeine, but I do have a high caffeine tolerance. I did not experience any jitters at all, but again that is due to my high caffeine tolerance. I would say the effectiveness is low for me, but your results may vary.

I'm on day 5 of taking these, and honestly, I actually feel hungrier than normal and have fallen asleep in the afternoon. In addition, these past few days I've had cotton-mouth and headaches. Not sure that's from these, but it's the only thing that has been different these last few days so I'm thinking it's what's to blame.

It is accurate that it is stimulant free. I did not experience any form of jitters or excessive energy. I question its ability on appetite control. After using this for several weeks, I find that I opened my appetite, making me hungrier sooner. Prior to using these pills, I would eat 2 meals a day. The first beginning at noon. My second meal would be around four thirty five o'clock, and that would be the last meal of my day. I would not wake up hungry.After using these pills, I have come to find that I am waking up very hungry. From the very moment I realized that I am awake, my stomach is reporting that I am practically starving. After eating, I do realize I eat less in a meal. But I end up eating a lot more meals. My meals are lasting me maybe 2-3 hours before i'm hungry again. Nothing has changed in what I eat and how I cook it. The only difference I have experienced are these pills.I have been using them for nearly one month and the scale has not changed. My weight remains around 204 lbs. I guess you can say I am metabolizing the excess meals faster, but as for the weight I already have on, it is not going anywhere. I forgot to measure myself in case this alters inches. So I cannot attest to whether it I have dropped an inch. However, I can say that my pants are fitting the same.The front label is misleading: "One Pill Only" refers to the serving size of 1 pill, but it is recommended to take 2 pills per day (1 in morning and 1 in afternoon) on an empty stomach. So daily dosage is actually 2 pills. This bottle is only a 30 day supply.

Though not officially approved by the FDA (like pretty much all supplements of this ilk), the ingredients in this supplement are purported to offer way more in the way of value than just weight loss. For example, the chromium picolinate is not only believed to have weight loss effects, but to also be effective in lowering bad cholesterol as well as helping to regulate blood sugar. Another example would be the Gynostemma pentaphyllum, which is the main appetite secession ingredient in this supplement. Also called "jiaogulan", it has been used in China for centuries and is also reputed to regulate blood sugar, improve cognitive function, and provide immune system function.I could go on, but you get it - these ingredients are natural multi-taskers. Even if weight loss were not the goal, the average person could still benefit greatly from the other benefits offered. It is recommended to take 1 capsule, twice per day, on an EMPTY stomach, and since there's 60 capsules per bottle, this gives you a 30-day supply. It's important to remember that these are supplements - not substitutes. You still have to do the work, so it doesn't really make any sense to start taking them unless you are doing the necessary work that will help them help you!I've only been taking these for two days as of this post, but I definitely already feel the appetite suppression. They go down easy and have no discernible taste or aftertaste, for that matter. I love that this is a non-jittery formula, so these haven't affected me at bedtime. Not sure if I'm imagining this or if it's really having an effect, but we'll see!

I like that this supplement is non-stimulant, so it doesn’t give me jitters or interfere with my sleep. It’s easy to take and does help reduce between-meal cravings, which makes it easier to stay on track with a healthy diet. I noticed I felt fuller for longer when taking it consistently. Results will vary depending on diet and exercise, but for appetite control, it definitely adds support. A solid option if you want something gentle but effective.

I really didn't get much of anything effect with these. Granted, I'm addicted to caffeine to I supplement with caffeine pills while taking these. The ingredients look good and didn't cause any side effects. Would recommend for those who aren't caffeine addicts. You can get results with regular use and fasting, I did atleast. I didn't get huge energy boost or stimulant effects apparently.
