Hatch Red Chile Powder 4oz (Mild)

Fantastic spice to have in your pantry! You can't go wrong, it works great in so many dishes. This spice is really hard to find in some grocery stores, compared to the general American-style chili powder (which is not the same). I was so happy that I found this product here, and it's a great value. The heat level is perfect too, not too hot but not too mild, either. A great balance of flavor. You can tell the instant you open the package, the chile powder smell is a bouquet for the appetite! (Just don't sneeze now--it is a ground-up pepper after all!)

This has a great chile flavor for those of us that have spouses that love chili but not too much heat.

Authentic New Mexico red hatch chili powder. Fresh and tasty chili powder that goes perfectly well in most of my southwest dishes! I ordered the mild because I prefer to adjust the heat level myself. It was a substantial amount of product for the money! I will buy it again!🌶️

Pretty good. It's a good alternative when I can't get my normal in New Mexico. Has a medium heat to it. Quite a large bag for the price.

Way too expensive for amount received!!!
