Is the blade bendy or plastic?

It's bendy plastic. Flexible enough to avoid seriously injuring someone but firm enough that it'll hurt to get stabbed by it.

If i used this for barrel tagging/hitting people with this in paintball would they get mad at me like is it too hard to hit people with

Don't hit people with this. If you don't know what you're doing, then it'll leave a nasty bruise because it's made out of a rather stiff plastic.

If I spray paint the blade will it stick?

I painted my knife so I am guessing that it can also be spray painted on.
