I've been taking this for 4 days now. I can honestly say that the inflammation in my knee is Not the same. It's way better. When I awake, I can get out of bed without the old struggle. The inflammation throughout my body has decreased. I'm sleeping better and seem to have a renewed level of energy. There's no smell throughout the day. The pill is small and easy to swallow. I keep it in the fridge so there's no stickiness when ready to take. My thoughts seem to be a little clearer. I'll continue to take these, they seem to be a great value for the money.

I tried this product with a LOT of skepticism and not thinking it would work. I was wrong. I am so pleased and will continue to use it. I started taking 2 caps daily on 12/24 and today 12/31 I have lost 5 lbs and the pain in my knees when I try to bend them is Markedly better with little or no pain upon bending my knees to get up or down. It has done everything it said it would do, and I have no side effects so far. I did check with my doctor before taking to make sure it would not interact with my medications. Surprisingly he was on board and told me I would probably feel much better taking it. So, if you are on the fence give it a try - I have notices such a difference - It acts a little like a diuretic which is exactly what I was looking for, but making the pain in my knees and feet so much better is an added benefit.

For oregano oil with black seed oil to be effective, it must have 85% carvacrol in the oregano oil to be effective. There is no indication on the package that it contains any Carvocrol —-that’s a red flag to me. I looked up on the Internet which brands do—so I will not purchase this again.
