Box was damaged the chair not very stable screw caps missing , few scratches on the arm part, and not good for a big size person. A little wobble. Not very satisfied with this product! I had ordered it for my son who is a barber!

I wanted to give 3.5 stars. I love the look of this chair and it's comfortable. What i do not like regarding the chair, is it doesn't go down fast enough. I'm 5 ft tall and have to stand on my tippy toes to foil or color the top of someone's hair. It was pretty easy to put together, it took me a little over an hour. I needed help from my husband when putting the back on. Other then that I had no problem. You will need a screw driver and players in addition to what is given. No directions on how to use just how to put it together. I really wish it would go lower and I would have given a 5 star review. I thought it was pretty affordable as well. If you are sorry you'd is not the chair for you!

The chair arrived in good condition and looks amazing all put together . The only down fall is it comes with two tools and you need way more to put together.

Love the chair, nice leather quality. Laying the chair back seems a little wobbly. I just got it put together... we will see how it goes
