The camera itself has good image capabilities and low light performance. However, it does not work with a Jio sim card. I contacted support and they were not helpful. Just asked me to try using an Airtel sim. If that is the case, they need to mention it before buying it and should not advertise as 4g. They need to clearly list the supported carriers. Or, they can release a firmware update. This is a failed product without wifi and proper 4g support. Hikvision should stop selling this. Amazon needs to ban this product.

I am very disappointed with my recent purchase. I received a camera that does not have Wi-Fi connectivity, even though it was clearly mentioned in the listing. To make matters worse, the Amazon team has been unhelpful and unwilling to accept the issue. The camera does have LAN and SIM connectivity, but this is not what I expected or needed. It feels like they are misleading customers with false information. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a Wi-Fi-enabled camera.
