Are these blades suitable for a DW935k 136/10 mm?

I don’t think so. These blades have a central bore of 30mm and the saw you mention has a 10mm bore.

There were no instructions supplied, can I just stack the 3 blades together such that the teeth don't clash.? Do I need shims between blades?

I hope this is a joke. What are you using the blades for? They are designed as a one at a time fit for circular saws, I imagine anything else would be very dangerous.
