Easy to take however very expensive as you only get 80 gunnies and you need to take 4 to get the 5grams. So, you only get 20days of creatine. Now many take up to 10grams a day. Then you know you are going t pay a high price. So, I am moving on to one where you get at minimum of 30days supply.
