It's a huge tin, both in surface area and depth of the spring form, ideal for our needs. It's very expensive though and the price has gone up by 3 quid to over 50 in a couple of days, my advice is to buy one now before they go up again. It has a few nice touches, the clip is well designed and is nice to look at. Not a big deal, but shows some thought has gone into it. The pan is a rectangle, so it will occasionally leak with runny stuff, but it has a large spill lip, so even if it does leak it will self-seal as it cooks. A round pan won't leak, but due to the shape of this pan, it's unavoidable. The coating is fabulous too, but I would suggest lining it before you start. The thickness of the spring form is reassuring, non of that corrugated lightweight stuff here. The plastic lid clips look a bit fragile though and there are only 2 of them, time will tell I suppose. The box it came in is sturdy enough for storage in its assembled form, lets's face it, I won't be using it often.All in all, not the cheapest, but certainly worth it.

Kannte ich so noch nicht, aber cool. Relativ groß. Nimmt durch den Deckel auch etwas Platz weg aber ist halt so.

Die Qualität ist einfach unschlagbar. Ein dickes Blech, welches sich nicht beim backen verzieht und der Rahmen lässt sich super einfach handhaben.
