Pure magic!!
I am 73 years old and have had very sensitive skin all my life. This makeup remover balm is magic! My mascara and makeup MELTED off my face! Just what I’ve been looking for. No irritations and skin is soft as velvet! It was recommended to me by my daughter who uses it.

Great for rosacea/sensitive skin
This takes off my makeup great, I have extremely sensitive skin/rosacea. 90% of products I try I have a reaction too and break out in hives and dryness that lasts months. This product didnt bother my skin at all and I keep reordering. I even ordered a few of this brands other products and my skin is tolerating them well. I dont notice any fragrance and its worth the money to me.

THE BEST MAKE-UP REMOVER/CLEANSER EVER!
WOW. I first read about this on Wirecutter, but I was still skeptical. I've purchased many of their skincare recommendations and found most all of them not for me. But this product is an ABSOLUTELY WINNER. It melts all make-up completely, including eye makeup (big surprise). But the kicker for me was how it works on mascara: it doesn't burn and it doesn't leave that nasty film, which so often required I rinse out my eyes after using. LOVE IT. I'll order the bigger size next time. Oh...leaves skin nice & soft -- and clean...

Works Great!
I was so sad when the makeup remover I normally use was no longer available. I went searching for something new, which is always an "adventure" with my sensitive skin. Does not remove eye makeup.
Wire cutter promotes this product as the best way the remove eye makeup. This is not the case so save your money.

My favourite makeup remover! Love the balm style product to reduce use of wipes or cotton rounds. Take aid makeup easily including mascara. Always following with regular facial cleanser.
