Hi Daniel, these 1:64 Scale Die-Cast Monster Trucks do not wind up.

Are these metal with rubber wheels or all plastic?

They have all rubber wheels, a metal truck body and axle — but all the undercarriage and the frame decor is plastic. Price point isn’t really any better than the multipacks in stores. Would not pay over $50 for this set as MANY others have seized the opportunity to price gouge during Christmas 2020.

Do the trucks have “bkt” printing on the tires or not?

I zoomed in on the pictures and it does appear that they do have "BKT" in white along the outer walls of the tires... However, I have not purchased this actual set from Amazon.

Does the 12 pack of monster jam trucks come with a case?

No unless you count the box they came in. I bought a case separately.
