Q: Will this work on blackberries. If so what's the best way to use it.

Don't know about bleach or Epsom's. I use Stump Out instead of grinding. It does work but you got to be thinking more in decades than years. I've been in no hurry with the ones I have treated.

Q: If I use Stump-Out approximately how long will it take to rot a stump 2 feet in diameter?

my tree took about a year and repeated filling the holes with the product bud finally did work it broke apart and you just shovel it out

Q: The bottle says it contains enough product for a 12-18” stump. Should I use 2 bottles for a 24” stump or would it not be effective for bigger stumps?

Be sure to drill 2” deep 1/2” diameter holes in the surface of the stump. 30 holes should be enough. Use a tablespoon of Stump Out for each hole. It takes a year to work and you can burn the stump.
