Harvest 2019 / 2020", NOW AUG. 2025 OMG!!!
The Amazon product title says "Fresh Harvest 2019 / 2020", OMG!!! which means that as of now (August 2025), it is olive oil harvested 5–6 years ago. The shelf life of olive oil is usually 18–24 months after bottling.

Best olive oil in the world!
Fell in love with this olive oil when a little restaurant in Spain brought it out to dip our bread in. We bought five of their bottles that day! Amazing flavor that’s won countless award. There’s a hint of earthy tomato and a slight peppery finish that makes it unique to any other oil. I drizzle it on everything I can!

I think this may be the best olive oil I ever had!
This olive oil is sooooo amazing and FULL of flavor. You could literally dip crackers or bread into it and eat as a snack. It makes any meal taste 10 times better. It is very flavorful, but not overpowering. SO far, this is the BEST olive oil I have ever tried. Love it...5 stars plus!

Not easy to pair, maybe not as fresh as it should have been.
Very olive forward, a little spicy but not fruity at all. Might have been a little too far from harvest or I might just not love this kind of expression of olive oil. I found it had a very narrow set of pairing where it stood out. Compliments delicate but not too delicate foods found I enjoyed it over chicken soup with lemon and pepper... a baguette and some nuts... not something I would pair with a lot of Spanish dishes oddly. I did enjoy it for how different it was, if you are curious give it a go but I will probably try something with a different profile closer to this years production next.

FULL BODIED FRUIT
Knolive is a smooth full flavored olive oil that fills the senses with high concentrations of perfectly ripened olives that tantalize the palate with lovely creamy fruit. This olive oil is too high quality for just any food but you'll want to put it on everything! Coffee & Knolive? Ok, maybe not....LOL
