A: I’m sure you could. I used mine for lotion and makeup, but they could hold toothpaste.

A: Just screw the top back off.

A: No, the tubes are small. Lipstick sized.

**Q: Is this truly 10ml sometimes it said 10ml but when the package come tge tube are very small?**
A: No they are true to size

These are a little smaller than the ones I usually buy, but I like that. I fill them with the Vaseline Rose lip salve. The only complaint is the hole the salve comes out has a little plastic bump that can be sharp on the lips but the price point was perfect for what you get. Would buy again.
