I have acne scars and I use this cream and two other products, one week each. Medix, bio oil and coconut oil . I don't know wich one helps me more, but my skin looks better.

Hi. Mine it's and I think nobody sell no authentic items on amazon. When you buy wholesale, the prices are more cheaper. More you buy, less you pay.

Umm, yes it does say two (see product description below in quotes that I copied and pasted from the product page). That was my confusion as well and why I came here to look for the answer. Looks like Roxanna received two so I'm going to order and take my chances, guess I could always return if I only get one..... "Medix 5.5 Coconut Oil Cream and Manuka Honey.
