Superman: The Complete Animated Series (Blu-ray)

Another series that could easily one day up and vanish from streaming. Especially one episode where the villain is literally gas chamber capital punishment at the end. Still don't know how that one made it onto the air even in the 90s. At $20 its a no-brainer. I actually like this better than Batman TAS and that's not taking anything away from Batman. Quality is great and audio is superior. And its not a huge box so it doesn't take up a ton of space like some shows do.

I bought this because I used to watch it when it aired on tv. Recorded a bunch on video tape, but missed many others and sometimes end or first bits of 2 part episodes. Nice to have the complete series like this. A quality release and I've really enjoyed watching this set.

Brings me back to the days of Saturday morning cartoons. Just an amazing show. I was surpised how crisp and clear the transfer was.

I grew up watching this episode on kids WB and on global TV. The Blu-ray is great like the sound and picture is been beautifully remastered and it looks incredible. They did an incredible job. The only downside I can give the the Blu-ray is that the menus are still cheaply made. There's no like creativity with the the menus like they used to back in the day
