I am updating my original review. I thought the fan quit working after about 2 months. I was wrong. After reaching out to customer service through Amazon, they explained the functionality and it is working as it should. Their prompt response and guidance alone warrants 5 stars. The fan certainly does help better balance the temperature in my split level. The upstairs rooms are not as cold in the winter and have been cooler so far this spring.

Awesome vent fans. Last season I only used the vent fans to cool one of our bedroom instead of running the supplemental window unit. Very quiet at medium to low speeds, can't tell it's even running. It's a good buy for the results.

compact footprint. Spins both ways, controlled by responsive remote. Warm and cool light that's dimmable and diffused. Air flow feels better than my old full size fan. Good value if you can find it on sale. Works really well, has made my room quieter and more comfortable. Easy to install as well, took less than an hour

Would not purchase again. We have 4 low profile fans in our home from another seller and they’re fantastic but unfortunately they didn’t have any more in stock. I ordered this one because it looked very similar to the ones we already have. I’m not so satisfied. First, it doesn’t immediately turn on when you hit the switch. There is a delay. Second, it beeps when turn it on. There is a button on the remote to turn sound off, which I did, but I think every time you turn the unit off at the switch, it resets. There is also a low running noise when the unit is on. The fan portion is louder than my other units - you can’t hear the fans running but on this unit you can. Brightness is good. No complaints there. I wish it was possible to try before you buy because I would’ve returned this unit and got my money back.

Remote does not work, (I changed batteries and tried pairing it ) I have to use the phone app to control it, I just got to installing it 9 months later so I can't return. The directions say to contact them if there is a problem but I can't find a phone number in the directions anywhere. I does do what it says it will do.

Seems like it’s built to last. Fit my vent well and was easy to install. I use the fixed fan speed and that has kept the room temperature more comfortable than it was before. The battery for the remote doesn’t seem to work otherwise it would be 5 stars. Adjusting the settings manually on the face plate is easy enough.

I have a sunroom that is almost all windows and it tends to be too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. This has helped a lot to keep the temperature more stable.

Great worth it. Our room is on the opposite side of the house and it gets cold in a mn winter. Kept our room about 5 degrees warmer! Just dont spill water on it Power good. Durability is as expected. We spilt water on it and it fried (expected) Looks clean. Noise is fine for me. As expected as a fan
