1)どのポートが画像を出力していないかを確認します。 HDMI8Kの場合は､ラップトップのUSB-Cポートがビデオ出力をサポートしているかどうかを確認してください。 HDMI4K/DPポートの場合､ドライバーがインストールされているか確認してください。 2)ディスプレイの解像度を調整します｡ドックがサポートできる解像度よりも低い解像度をモニターがサポートしている可能性があるためです。 4)モニターで正しい入力信号ソースが選択されていることを確認します(デバイスで手動選択が必要な場合)。

【給電しない/接続が不安定】-高電力デバイスを駆動する必要があるため、100wの充電器と充電ケーブルを使用する必要があります。

1.付属のUSB-Cケーブル（データ転送にのみ対応、充電はできない）を使用してUSB-Cポートをノートパソコンに接続すると､接続後にインジケータが点灯します。
