I am impressed with the audio-visual clarity. It comes with the video conference device, remote, power cable, and USB-C cable to connect it to a computer. It also comes with a mount to affix it to a wall or desk. I have mounted this on a phone holder stand for a better angle, and it works perfectly as a web camera for me. I previously had to connect a webcam, a microphone, and a wired headset for the daily video conference calls. Now it is being done using this awesome device. Bose lives up to the expectations when it comes to the voice quality. This product also has great video clarity, including up to 4K video resolution, remote and app-based camera positioning to adjust the video streaming. It is very easy to set it up and connect it with any supported computer. It is also a very useful video conferencing device for conference rooms or a home office. It is a high-quality quality useful product for a day-to-day video conferencing setup. I will recommend it for the video conferencing needs.

Das ist ein schlechter Witz, jetzt zum zweiten mal bestellt, beides mal kam nach 5-6 Wochen die Nachricht, dass mein Paket wahrscheinlich verloren gegangen ist!!! Zweimal umsonst gewartet. Von Bose hätte ich mehr erwartet.

I have used soundbars in the past and they were much larger than this one here. Adding in that this is not just a soundbar, but a teleconferencing tool that has a camera and microphone, my expectations were tempered. But I was curious enough to try a used version of this device. I've used a PolyCam branded teleconferencing soundbar that is about twice as large in my work and that was my point of reference to base this review on. When unpackaging the device, the first thing I noticed was this is small. At around 10" by 3" by 2", my expectations were much more tempered. There is a large power brick in the box, with a very long USB-C cable. Getting it set up took about 5 minutes for me. My PC immediately recognized the device and drivers were installed automatically (Win-10). I connected to the native Windows camera to test the quality and I can say that it is pretty darn good. I've used a Logitech StreamCam before and the Bose matched it pretty well. The Bose intelligently tracks the person speaking, zooming in on the source of the audio. Jumping onto Discord, I had a good 5 minute conversation with a friend where I didn't have to manage anything extra. No extra microphone, no extra speakers, no pausing one device so that it wouldn't interfere with the other. It just worked. A bit later, I tested the Bose to two other speaker options. Test #1 was with a Samsung LCD monitor where I played some music to get a baseline. Test #2 was against a pair or Logitech 2.1 speakers to hear what the music sounded with some bass. The verdict? The Bose delivers a surprising amount of bass in that little box. This might be the best soundbar I've used and I have used some beefy and large ones in the past. I'll need to test them side by side to get a better idea.

This is more of a room type camera. Didn’t work well with my desk top. Also mic is a bit meh.

I was looking for a new Camera for a small personal Zoom Room. I found this. Built very well, video is 4k and beautiful. Sound is amazing. I ended up using it for my main webcam instead of for the Zoom Room. I'll have to pick another one up before they are all gone.
