It is a very informative read, flows well, and not only covers the basics to life coaching, but also extends to NLP techniques and ideas - and how to set up a successful life coaching practice. It really is an all-encompassing book. Highly recommended! Review: I pre-ordered this book and couldn't wait for it to be delivered! It did not disappoint! I was totally impressed with her Beautiful Faces book and even more blown away by this one! The way she breaks things down and simplifies them makes it so easy to understand. Jane is an inspiring and caring teacher who makes you believe in your ability to draw and encourages you to do it. Her drawings alone are inspiring and she also has tutorials to go along with her books so you can watch her draw and paint her sketches. Seriously, the images alone are worth the price of these books.

I am just a beginner to this life coaching. I have done some training sessions so a bit of knowledge is there. This book is super easy to follow and is nicely compacted so one can't get distracted. some amazing techniques followed with some examples to fully understand it. Would recommend to anyone who is wanting a nice compact understanding and to someone who needs a push in which direction to start. It is definitely not a one time read as there are so many helpful things to keep in mind. LOVE IT. BUY IT.
