We had another brand that started leaking blue/green fluid from somewhere, so we decided to trash it and try this one. We were kind of disappointed when it was delivered because it is much smaller than the first one. We have been using it for about a week and it works as well and as fast as the larger one. The only small thing is, because of its smaller size, you have to fill with water more often. Not enough to take away a star. The good news is it takes up much less room when we store it and it is much lighter to move around. It's easy to use, produces good quality ice, and you can barely hear it. We also like the self-cleaning feature. Highly recommended.

Sits on the counter. Not too noisy. Produces as wxpected.

The machine is perfect for the two of us. Don't have to buy ice any longer. Makes ice cubes quickly.

Great little ice maker, makes ice very fast. I wish it would keep the ice cold in the machine instead of having to transfer it to freezer. By the time the basket it full, the ice has begun to melt so when you put it in the freezer it freezes together. Also one leg of machine was crooked so it did not set level on counter, it had to be shimmed to be level. All in all a good ice machine so far.

Got it today it was well packed and it’s been working pretty good so far the ice is more on the soft side and if left in tray will melt it does make at least 6 pc of ice when on large size and like 8 or more when on small size

So far so good. Last one I bought by different brand only lasted 6 mo. Ive only had this one about a month.

This will fill up the built-in ice bin in less than an hour! It is faster than initially expected. One of our ice makers stopped working so we pulled this out the day before a party with 30+ kids expected and started making ice. We had to empty the internal ice bin about every 45 minutes to keep it going. But was able to fill up the freezer with enough ice for the party plus some.The ice maker stores water at the bottom of the main compartment. It has a drain plug at the bottom of the unit you can twist and remove when you need to empty the unused water. A basket to hold the ice produced slips in above the water, so that any melting ice drips down and is recycled to make more ice. The ice stops being being produced once the ice basket is full (auto sensing). The basket will hold enough for about 4 very large drinks, roughly. So emptying the ice into a freezer or ice chest will keep it going. The ice is a hollow core which allows more drink in cups and faster cooling of the drink (and faster ice melt too) due to the increased surface exposure. The icemaker is not a freezer so any ice will melt if left standing, so store the ice elsewhere if you need it around longer than a couple hours, especially in a hotter climate.The scoop is a nice touch and you can leave it inside the maker, but no where else to really attach/place it. Ice maker has a handle to carry it around. You also should place this on it's own electical circuit if your power loads are high on your electrical circuits as it may be a little hungry power wise, but I didn't have any problems during our uses and running it almost 2 days straight in a couple of cases.Great unit as a backup ice maker, for small parties, or if planning a head for larger gatherings. Highly recommend this ice maker.
