I have such a hard time swallowing big pills!** A: They are big pills. This brand sells a similar prenatal that is almost as big but chalky. My husband always had to break them in half for me. But I find these gel pills to be much easier to swallow than even the half-size chalky kind. One A Day Vitamins that contain Calcium Carbonate are derived from Limestone which may contain trace amounts of shellfish. **Q: I usually buy the 60 ct in store and pills are purple, bought 90 ct here and they are a red orange. Is this normal?** A: I have been taking the 60ct also and noticed a color change when i went up to the 90ct.
