Intel i225 B3 でした。
インテルi225のB1とB2はバッグの製で1ギガモードでしか使えないだったけど、B3はやっと全部の問題解決されているので、買う意味ある。それでインテルのドライバーはやっぱりRealtekよりいい感じ。

XigmaNASでは動作せず
当時のFreeBSDのバグで2022/09時点で最新のXigmaNASではI225-Vが動作しないようです。dmesgではI225-Vとして認識されているようでしたが、次の行で『Setup of Shared code failed, error -2』と出ていました。現状最新版のFreeBSDでは改善されているようですが、XigmaNASの対応後に追記したいと思います。

Rev.3でした
IntelのI225が欲しくなったので購入してみましたが、(3)となっていたのでRev.3物の様です。Z170-A、Z270F-GAMING、Z590-A GAMING WIFI(オンボ)いずれもI225-V Rev.3で揃えてみました。余程怪しげな所から購入しなければ、Rev.3物になっている事でしょう。
