This guitar is very fun to play. I wanted a miniature electric that is at least upgradable to gig-able quality to a seasoned player. This is what I found: The pickups sound fitting for a metal guitar, and about an 8/10 in my opinion. I may still upgrade specifically for gigging, but these are more than sufficient for practice and fun. The tuners and bridge are similar in quality to what's on Squire stuff. The nut is smooth and laid in well. I also may add locking tuners in time, but I don't feel as though it's a necessary or urgent upgrade. The bridge will probably never change. The QC seems to be good in my case.
