How do I contact the vendor to figure out where my order is? Terrible communication going on here.

In the same boat. I ordered mines over a month ago. It was supposed to arrive end of April, payment was deducted, and it said it would be deliver on specific date but then it said there was a delay. I tried to cancel, but it said that it was already in the process of being shipped. New update said it was supposed to arrive between 5/11-5/13. I got excited when I received a UPS tracking confirmation to arrive on 5/13. But every time I checked tracking it basically said that the label was created and that UPS is basically waiting for the product so they can ship it. The update I got was that it was supposed to be delivered by 8pm today, 5/14. Nothing arrived, UPS still says its waiting for the item. Now it says it should arrive by this wknd. But I have a feeling it won't. Have no idea what's going on here. Smh

I did get a small puncture in the mat. What should I put on it to avoid a larger hole?
