I found my new favorite hot sauce...and I'm basically a hot sauce connoisseur. The spice level is perfect. It's savory and crispy. I love when I take a bite and there are those delicious caramelized chewy crispy bits. Absolutely delicious. I will never run out of this again. Never. Can I buy it by the gallon please? 😂

This is best , I've tried many , I ordered the small size first to check it out . I was very pleased with it . It comes half filled with liquid and the rest actual spices. It was so good I went through it quickly ,over chicken over stir fry string beans , you can use it on eggs if you want , the taste is very good -not super hot where it overwhelms you ,just spicy ( in a pleasant way) I wish the price was a little lower -That is the reason I give it 4 stars, however I will most likely buy the 16 oz. bottle next .

I saw the creator of this product being interviewed and decided to give it a try! OMG! I stir 2 TBSP into my Spicy Sichuan noodles recipe and it adds so much yummy flavor! I don't like super hot, so my husband adds his own extra amount to suit his love of spicy hot. It's got a nice crunch too. I just ordered another jar since we used the first on up so fast!

It’s a small jar. Came intact. No leaks. Tastes good, not too hot. It has just enough heat. Good on rice and used it on spring rolls. I wish there was more garlic.

If you're a fan of Lao Gan Ma like I am, you might find that this doesn't quite have the depth or richness of it... but it is still very good!
