Compact for Home or Travel
I have been a big fan of Lifepro products since I got my vibration plate 4 years ago, and many other quality products of theirs since. This Infrared Sauna Blanket is so good! I like that it is compact and portable, so there is no need to dedicate a set space in your home to it. It plugs into a standard 110v outlet. It heats up quickly, so you just crawl inside and turn it on, there's no time wasted. To me, it feels a little like a cozy weighted blanket—perfect for deep relaxation while supporting detox, lymphatic drainage, and pain relief. The temperature range of 113°-176° is adjustable in 9-degree increments, and I love that the session time can be set anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes in 5-minute increments. Of course, you can stop earlier if needed, using the power button on the attached remote control. The dual zippers and arm openings make it super convenient and comfortable to use, whether I want my hands free or to stay fully wrapped up. Personally, I like having my hands out. It’s easy to clean by simply wiping it down. This is a huge plus for me... it actually fits back into the included storage bag without a struggle! So it looks nice and stays protected when stored away. I would imagine this would be ideal for travel, so I don’t have to miss my sauna sessions when I’m away from home. If you’re looking for an effective, space-saving way to boost your wellness routine, this is a fantastic choice! The benefits of using a sauna, especially with infrared lights, are huge. Regular sauna sessions helped me detox from mold illness 4 years ago, and I continue to keep them up for my physical health and to improve my mood.

Highly recommend!! Long read…
The Lifepro Bioremedy Infared Sauna Blanket is nothing short of Amazing! I was so excited when I received my order 5 days earlier than expected. First impressions…packaged well, complete instructions and quality materials. The included storage bag has a handle and great for keeping everything stored away. Definitely useful for travel and organization. The instruction manual is straightforward and easy to read. It even details all the great benefits of using an infrared sauna blanket. The attached remote has adjustable heat and timer settings and the cord is at least 6 ft long so you won’t have any trouble with feeling restricted. It also automatically shuts off once the time interval is complete, so you don’t have to worry if you fall asleep. The blanket itself has zippers on either side, which makes getting in very easy. Both sides can also completely detach for easy cleaning. There are even zippered arm holes so you can read a book, channel surf or just relax your hands on your stomach while enjoying the sauna blanket. The blanket starts warming up immediately, but the exterior stays relatively cool to the touch. I tried the blanket after a long day at work and was instantly soothed and relaxed. The heat isn’t overwhelming and has a calming effect. I exercise at HOTWORX and find this more relaxing, especially in the comfort of my home. It really helps with stress and muscle relaxation. After one use, I definitely feel like I completed a 60 minute workout but without the fatigue. Once dry, my skin felt so soft and smooth to the touch. The included disposable wraps are a plus if you are worried about having to clean the inside. Be sure to drink plenty of water before and after so you don’t become dehydrated. Finally, don’t forget about LifePro’s lifetime warranty. They really do stand behind their products. I own several and the customer service is amazing!

Cozy and relaxing
Shipping was great! It was expected on 3/26, but was delivered 4 days early. It’a easy to use and directions are clear and concise. The product is working great, so far. I enjoy the different temperature settings on it. I fell asleep in it both times I used it. 😂 my husband asked how my new sleeping bag was. It’s easy to clean and sanitize after using. I just use a natural spray and cloth. So far, my Garmin watch has been telling me my body battery has had a better score after using the product, which is nice, to see some results so quickly! It’s been helping me relax and feel more recharged. I'm looking forward to using it several times per week and I'm hoping it will help improve my sleep quality, as well.

Very impressed with this portable sauna!
I own many LifePro products and have always been impressed with the quality of their products. I recently received the LifePro Sauna Blanket. The blanket arrived nicely packaged with 2 disposable sauna blankets included. The sauna blanket is a very nice size and comfortable. I am larger and there is plenty of room to move around. There are heavy duty zippers down both sides and two zippered arm holes as well. LOVE the arm holes so I can read and reach for my water while using the blanket. Instructions are detailed and easy to read. I like how you wait until you are inside the blanket to turn on and the blanket slowly warms making it a very pleasant experience. Settings are easy to use and you can adjust heat and time. I am thrilled with the blanket. I had tried a pop up sauna before and it was not near as nice.

Tent sauna user loves this blanket!
As a long-time tent sauna user (for detoxing and general health), I was excited to get a sauna blanket. Here are my comparisons to a tent sauna along with general thoughts (including a warning to work up sauna times slowly). Pros (compared to tent sauna, where your head sticks out through a hole on top): • Much easier to set up. • Easier to put away after using. • Takes up less space. (I actually removed a comfy chair from our tiny living room to make space for my tent sauna. With this blanket, I could put the tent away, bring the chair back in, and set up the blanket in less than 2 minutes whenever I want to use it!) • Able to sit more comfortably. This is huge for me. With a tent sauna, if I felt too tired to sit up perfectly straight so my neck goes through the tent sauna hole, I just didn’t sauna. I set up my sauna blanket on a reclining chair (I was told to just make sure the blanket doesn’t fold more than 90 degrees) and could actually relax while doing a sauna. Nice! • It’s quiet. Cons: • Need to wear clothes in the sauna (I suppose this is optional, but I wouldn’t want to stick to the plastic inside of sauna blanket.) I found the lightest weight 100% cotton long sleeved shirt, pajama pants, and socks to wear. Neutral: • I think I sweat just as much with both (though I don’t have an objective way to measure). • Any kind of sauna-ing has a little learning curve like getting used to the zipper, dialing in how to reach water, getting used to be in zipped-up pouch, and little things like that. • It takes about the same amount of time for me, or maybe a tiny bit longer, for me to start sweating in both the tent and blanket saunas: about 10-20 minutes. • I’m short, a hair over 5 foot, and while the blanket has a lot of extra room, it was fine. A lesson learned: As a long-time sauna user, I thought I could handle a long sauna. (SPOILER ALERT: WRONG! START SLOWLY NO MATTER WHAT!) The second time I used it, we were watching a movie, I felt totally fine, I had had a whole lot of water before getting in, and I wasn’t feeling thirsty. So I set the timer for an additional 30 minutes after I started sweating. I felt fine the whole time. I popped out afterward, but as soon as I stood up, OOF! I felt very light-headed and out of it and I had weird visual problems. I loaded up on water with Redmond Real Salt and potassium (which I drink all day long). After about half an hour, I was back to normal. So the lesson is: start slowLY, even if you think you’re a sauna pro.
