So the product name says fast charging 20w but the product details say 7.5w making it just a regular slow charger. What is it? sounds like a ripoff

100% ripoff - and the coil is just a basic 1 coil charger. With my Otterbox commuter case it BARELY recognizes the device and with even a 2mm gap will not charge. keep walking, don't buy.

it makes a chirping sound when plugged in and not charging something. What do I need to do to get it to stop? Unplugging it defeat it's whole purpose

I use it daily and I have yet to hear a chirping sound before, during or after.

If that device accepts Qi charging then yes. But be warned. I bought one and several times I awoke to a dead phone battery. I sent it back. Anker makes go chargers IMO.
