We received a 9-pack in mid-February with an expiry date of April this year. We've ordered in the past and received bottles with several months to a year on them.

I am a fan of many of Bookbinder's products. especially their Dijon mustard. This one, though, has a major flaw in that it includes high fructose corn syrup - an ingredient that many other brands have discontinued using for health reasons. For that reason alone I subtracted two stars.If you have no problems with that ingredient, I will concede that the flavor is near perfect. It has just enough aromatic horseradish to take your breath away (a good thing as far as I am concerned.) It also has a tanginess that other prepared horseradish sauces lack. Finally, the consistency is creamy as claimed on the label. This is the perfect dipping or smearing sauce for prime rib, and a touch to any salad dressing or mayo transforms those into gourmet quality spreads and dressings.Nutritional values are not bad - 15 calories per serving, of which 10 are from the 1 gram of fat it contains. Other values are 40 grams of sodium, zero cholesterol and 1 gram of carbs.This would be a five star product had the ingredients excluded the high fructose corn syrup, and I am frankly disappointed that Bookbinder's still uses it in this sauce.
